Expected behaviour
- Be respectful and kind in speech and actions.
- Support each other — especially beginners.
- Respect differing opinions and cultures.
- Give constructive feedback with empathy.
Unacceptable behaviour
- Harassment of any kind, including offensive comments or jokes.
- Discrimination, intimidation, or threats.
- Inappropriate or sexualised language or imagery.
- Disruptive behaviour in events or online spaces.
Reporting
If you witness or experience any violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to an organiser, team member, or via our contact page. Reports are handled confidentially.
